These are pieces recorded live using a generative environment that parallels “The Heliades”, an online stream. “The Heliades” uses, in part, the voice of Rebekkah Hilgraves to provide a different song at different times of day. Early Morning, Mid-Morning, Late Morning, Early Afternoon, Early Evening and Late Evening each have their own compositions, which feature their own typical progressions. These compositions are also represented in “The Helios Cycle”, except in this case, 12 vocal layers are featured, and Thomas Park’s voice does not play a role.
